This three-year mini-stream is offered through a partnership between the SKHS and Queen's Athletics and Recreation for students in Kinesiology. As Athletic Therapy Trainers, the mini- stream students help to assess and treat various injuries while working with a Queen's varsity team. Students gain invaluable hands-on experience and a total of 12.0-course units. Students apply at the end of 1st year to enter level 1 of the mini-stream.

Mini-stream students are immersed in the Gaels Strength & Conditioning Program, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and a total of 12.0-course units. Students apply at the end of 1st year to enter level 1 of the mini-stream.

The Research Mini-Stream experience provides an excellent opportunity for students who are considering applying to a graduate or post-degree program to explore their research potential. Students receive a certificate from the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at the completion of the 15.0 required units (it will not appear on the student transcript).
